Disconnect an Instagram account

In your hivoo dashboard, open Instagram, choose the account and select Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token and account details, together with the account’s automations and the log of messages they sent. Instagram stops sending us that account’s events.

You can also remove hivoo in Instagram: Settings, Apps and websites. That ends our access, and you can then ask us to delete what we hold, as described below.

Delete your hivoo account

Deleting your account removes your pages, files, automations and connected accounts. You can delete it in your account settings, or ask us to do it.

Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to [email protected] from the address you use with hivoo, or with your Instagram username if you only interacted with an Instagram account that uses hivoo. Say that you want your data deleted. We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.
