Terms of service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms apply to gethivoo.com and hivoo.me.

The service

hivoo is a link in bio service for artists and labels, run by Echoes of Melodic Existence AB (organisation number 559530-5383), Sweden. By creating an account or using hivoo, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details safe, and give us correct information. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.

Your content

What you put on your pages stays yours. You give us the right to store, process and show it as needed to run the service. You promise that you have the rights to what you upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.

What you may not do

  • Break the law, or use hivoo for anything illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful.
  • Send spam, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
  • Use automations in a way that breaks Instagram’s or Meta’s rules, including their platform terms and policies.
  • Try to disrupt, copy or gain access to the service in ways it does not allow.

Instagram

When you connect an Instagram account, you allow hivoo to act for it as you set up, for example replying to comments and sending messages. You can disconnect it at any time in the dashboard. hivoo is not made by or endorsed by Meta.

Availability

We work to keep hivoo running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.

Ending your account

You can stop using hivoo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost income or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and, where we can, tell you. Swedish law applies, and disputes go to the Swedish courts, unless mandatory law gives you other rights.
